Care partners (CNAs, PCAs, HHAs)

Care Partners are at the heart of our daily operations, offering essential hands-on care that greatly enhances the lives of our residents. 

These roles are perfect for those passionate about making a tangible difference through compassionate, personalized care.

Tasks include: 

  • Assisting with daily living activities
  • Enhancing residents’ quality of life
  • Providing support and companionship

Job prospects for CNAs are solid, as Virginia faces a shortage of CNAs and nursing assistants.

Licensed practical nurses (LPNs)

Our LPNs manage the health care plans of our residents, working closely with the entire care team to ensure each resident receives optimal care.

Key responsibilities:

  • Administering medications and treatments

Memory care manager
