After the COVID-19 pandemic, the need for healthcare workers has never been greater, especially for senior living communities such as The Kensington Reston.

Motivated by this, we launched our 5-day paid Direct Care Training in 2021 to equip healthcare professionals or aspiring healthcare students with the right training and certification to find a role in our community.

Whether you aspire to become a nurse, healthcare administrator, or anything in between, our Direct Care Training will provide you with the skills you need to jumpstart your healthcare career. This is a 5 day, in-person, paid training from June 10th – 14th for newly hired team members looking to make a difference in the lives of our residents, while also enriching their own professional journeys.
