Solo Aging Café Kick Off
Aging well is about more than planning for where you will live or how you will manage your finances—it’s also about knowing who will be there to support you along the way. For adults aging without a spouse, children or nearby family, building a trusted network of support can be an especially important part of planning for the future.
Our event will begin with a live webinar featuring Steve Gurney, Founder of Positive Aging Community, on Solo Aging: Building a Strong Foundation for the Years Ahead from 6:00–6:45 p.m. Steve will explore the unique considerations of solo aging and share practical strategies for creating a strong foundation for the years ahead.
Following the webinar, Steve will join us on-site from 6:45–7:30 p.m. to kick off the Solo Aging Café. Enjoy light bites and refreshments while connecting with Steve and meeting other solo agers for meaningful conversation, shared experiences and an opportunity to build community.
