Monthly Grief Support Group

Overview: Grief can feel isolating, but our Monthly Grief Support Group for Family Caregivers, led by Rosemary Viani of Capital Caring Health, offers a compassionate space to share experiences, express emotions, and gain coping strategies alongside others who understand. Meeting on the first Monday of each month, this drop-in group provides comfort, connection, and valuable support from an experienced grief counselor with over 30 years in trauma, hospice, and long-term care.


Fall Prevention Tips & Tools with Powerback Rehab

Overview: Join us for an informative session with Keri Beltran, Director of Rehabilitation at Powerback Rehab, as she shares essential fall prevention education covering risk factors, environmental modifications, exercise, lifestyle choices, and more to help reduce the risk of falls. With a background in physical therapy, certification as an LSVT BIG specialist for Parkinson’s disease, and extensive experience supporting older adults, Keri brings both expertise and compassion to this vital discussion.

Overview: Stay movin’ with The Kensington Reston at Exercise for Parkinson’s, a weekly in-person series in partnership with the Parkinson’s Foundation of the National Capital Area. Led by Exercise Physiologist and Personal Trainer Tim Sun, the program offers engaging physical exercises to improve posture, balance, circulation, strength, muscle control, and mobility, while also fostering emotional support and community.


Monthly Family Caregiver Connect Support Group

Join us on the second Thursday of each month for a complimentary Caregiver Support Group with Susie Sarkisian, CPCC, Certified Life Coach, offering a welcoming space to share challenges, gain encouragement, and find strength together.


Your Guide to Super Aging: Achieve Optimal Cognitive, Physical & Emotional Well‑Being

Open to all spouses caring for a partner at home or in a community, this group reflects our promise to provide compassionate, personalized support through Assisted Living and three tiers of Memory Care.
