Navigating Young Onset Dementia
Join us for an informative and supportive event focused on younger-onset dementia, designed for individuals diagnosed under the age of 65 and their families. This program will provide expert insights, practical resources, and guidance on navigating the unique challenges of a younger-onset diagnosis—including impacts on career, family dynamics, and planning for the future. Expert Dawn Jefferson, Insight Memory Care Center Education & Support Coordinator presents meaningful information.
Guests will gain a deeper understanding of available support systems while connecting with others facing similar experiences in a welcoming and compassionate environment. Refreshments and light bites will be served.
