Solo Aging Cafe
Aging well isn’t just about planning for the future. It’s also about building meaningful connections and having people you can count on.
For older adults aging without a spouse, children, or nearby family, having a strong support system is especially important. The Solo Aging Café offers a welcoming space to connect with others, share experiences, build friendships, and explore ways to plan for the future with greater confidence and peace of mind.
Join us at The Kensington Reston for this monthly gathering, featuring Steve Gurney, Founder of Positive Aging Community, in collaboration with Reston for a Lifetime. Together, we’ll create opportunities to exchange ideas, build community, and discover resources for navigating the journey of aging independently.
The Solo Aging Café will meet on the first Monday of each month, providing a consistent opportunity to connect, learn, and grow alongside others who understand the unique experiences of solo aging.
Because no one should have to navigate aging alone.
