Grief can feel isolating, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. Our Monthly Grief Support Group for Family Caregivers offers a compassionate space where grieving adults can share their unique experiences, express emotions, and support one another.
Led by Rosemary Viani, Grief Counselor at Capital Caring Health, this drop-in group provides valuable coping strategies and a sense of companionship on the journey through loss. Join us on the first Monday of every month to find comfort, connection, and reassurance among those who understand.
“By being with others who have gone through a similar experience, we are made to feel less isolated. We can benefit from valuable reassurance and companionship.” Carol Staudacher, A Time to Grieve.
