Brain Health Matters Series: Early Steps That Make a Difference

Join us for an informative two-part series focused on proactive brain health and the importance of early intervention. Brain Health Matters: Early Steps That Make a Difference will explore how lifestyle choices and early medical evaluation can support cognitive wellness and improve long-term outcomes.

In Part I, registered dietitian Judy Caplan, MS, RDN will discuss the connection between nutrition and brain health, including foods and dietary patterns that support memory, focus, and overall cognitive function.

In Part II, Dr. Jennifer Pauldurai from the Inova Brain Health and Memory Disorders Program will discuss the importance of early cognitive testing, early diagnosis, and how new and emerging Alzheimer’s and dementia medications are changing treatment and care planning.

This educational program is ideal for older adults, family members, and caregivers who want to take proactive steps toward maintaining brain health and staying informed about the latest advancements in memory care.
