How to care for your brain as you age
At The Kensington Reston, our efforts to improve the quality of life for older adults and their families include drawing from the expertise of professional colleagues. So please join us for an educational series featuring top doctors who will present the latest discoveries and news about preserving brain health and treating brain-related conditions.
We know that getting an appointment with a neurologist sometimes takes longer than you’d like, so we’re bringing neurologists to you. Learn about caring for your brain as you age; recognizing symptoms of illnesses such as dementia, Parkinson’s or other movement disorders; and currently available care and treatment options and those on the horizon.

Jennifer Pauldurai, MD, MS, is a board-certified adult neurologist, specializing in Cognitive and Behavioral Neurology. She obtained her MD from Loma Linda University and additionally pursued a Masters of Science in Integrative Medicine from George Washington University. Her training in whole-person integrative care has allowed Dr. Pauldurai to provide comprehensive neurological care to people living with thinking and functional changes. She strives to lessen the burden of brain disease through empathetic, shared medical decision making that addresses physical, emotional, cognitive, and social health.
We encourage you to ask questions and share your concerns so she can provide expert information and guidance that you or your loved one needs. Light bites and beverages will be provided.
For questions, please email Kristine Llanes, Director of Outreach, at kllanes@kensingtonsl.com.
