Meet Anne Buckley, Director of Sales & Marketing at The Kensington Bethesda

Anne Buckley brings a wealth of experience and dedication to her role as Director of Sales and Marketing at The Kensington Bethesda. Her journey with Kensington Senior Living began in 2016 as the Director of Community Relations at The Kensington Falls Church. From there, she advanced to the Director of Sales and Marketing at The Kensington Reston, where she continued to build meaningful relationships with families and residents.

Now, Anne is excited to embark on her next chapter at The Kensington Bethesda. Her passion for connecting with families and helping them navigate senior living options has been a hallmark of her career. Anne’s expertise and genuine care make her an invaluable part of the team, and we are thrilled to have her leading the way in Bethesda.

The Sales, Marketing, and Outreach Department is comprised of a Director of Community Relations, Director of Outreach, a Community Relations Associate, and a Move-In Coordinator. Together, this team works seamlessly to guide prospective residents and their families through the decision-making and move-in process. They focus on building meaningful connections, providing comprehensive support, and ensuring a smooth transition into the community. Their collective goal is to share the community’s unique offerings while fostering a warm and welcoming environment for all.

The Director of Outreach at Kensington Senior Living plays a vital role in building meaningful connections between the community and external partners. This position is responsible for fostering relationships with local organizations, healthcare professionals, and families to promote awareness of Kensington Senior Living’s exceptional care and services.

The Director of Community Relations at Kensington Senior Living is the heart of community engagement and relationship-building. This role focuses on connecting with prospective residents and their families, guiding them through the senior living journey with compassion and care.

Responsible for managing the admissions process, the Director of Community Relations works closely with families to understand their unique needs and ensure a smooth transition into the community. In addition to providing exceptional support to residents, this role also fosters partnerships with local organizations and healthcare providers, promoting Kensington Senior Living as a trusted resource for senior care.

The Community Relations Associate at Kensington Senior Living supports the efforts of the Community Relations team by building relationships with prospective residents, families, and referral partners. This role is essential in ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for families exploring senior living options. They assist with tours, coordinates follow-ups, and helps manage the admissions process, all while providing compassionate and personalized support.

The Move-In Coordinator at Kensington Senior Living plays a crucial role in creating a smooth and welcoming transition for new residents and their families. Acting as a bridge between prospective residents, families, and the community’s care teams, the Move-In Coordinator ensures every detail is carefully managed, from initial assessments to move-in day. This role involves coordinating logistics, addressing family concerns, and providing personalized support to make the process as stress-free as possible.
