The holiday season is in full swing at The Kensington Reston, and we are so excited for all of our seasonal food favorites! These sweet and savory fig brie bites are one of our most popular items during the holidays, and the perfect addition to any gathering with friends and family.

INGREDIENTS
(8-oz.) tube crescent dough
sprigs of rosemary, cut into 1″ pieces.
1/4 cup of fig jam
chopped walnuts
(8-oz.) wheel of brie
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 375° and grease a mini muffin tin with cooking spray. On a lightly floured surface, roll out crescent dough, and pinch together the corners. Slice into 24 squares and place into the muffin tin.
- Cut brie into small pieces and place inside the crescent dough. Top with a spoonful of fig jam, some chopped walnuts, and a sprig of rosemary.
- Bake until the crescent pastry is golden, about 15 minutes.
