The Kensington Reston is a family of families who cares deeply about each other. We are committed to improving the quality of life for seniors as well as the professionals who care for them. That is why we are proud to partner with Dr. William Mansbach and the BCAT® Research Center for this topical CEU Workshop on the Science of Brain Health.

Knowledge is power, so listen in and expand your expertise as a Geriatric Care Manager, Social Worker or Case Manager. Participants will gain an overview of the science of brain health. Brain health is a priority for most, young and not so young, but it is of the upmost importance to make sure we are following proper cognitive wellness practices.

Don’t miss this opportunity to ask questions and further your brain health knowledge. Participants will learn how to:

  • Define brain health in practical and clear terms
  • Identify evidence-based brain health exercises
  • Describe how centered breathing exercises can improve brain health
  • Explain how specific meditation sessions can lower late-day confusion in people with dementia
