2020 is over and there was not much to smile about. Throw on a required face covering and what difference does it make if you are smiling?

Smiling makes a huge difference.

Did you know smiling offers a mood boost that helps our bodies release endorphins that provide numerous health benefits? A good laugh can lower blood pressure, reduce stress, and even give you a younger appearance.

Susan I. Wranik, Speech-Language Pathologist MS, MA, CCC-SLP, LSVT Certified Clinician will discuss:

  • the power of smiling
  • the role of humor and relaxation on overall physical well-being
  • the importance of socialization

Susan is a speech language pathologist, national speaker, author, linguist and medical professional passionate about communication, quality of life, and giving voice to other people’s voices. She has a private practice treating neurogenic communication, cognitive, and swallowing issues in the adult and geriatric population in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. Her firm, Speak Skill LLC, brings together linguistic, cultural, and medical expertise to provide training and therapy in comprehensive communication skills enhancement.

The first 15 registrants to RSVP and attend this event will receive a complimentary Starbucks gift card. Please provide mailing information to receive!
